The 51st graduation of the Pediatric Faculty of Orenburg State Medical University took place today.

Today, 135 pediatricians have received a higher education document, three of them graduated from the university with a red diploma.
- I always say that pediatrics is the most important medical field. You have made the right choice in life," said University Rector Igor Miroshnichenko. - You have received diplomas, and now you will be able to treat children. And everything in our country starts from childhood. Don't stop there, improve and grow. Your achievements are an indicator that the university is working in the right direction and is preparing good staff.
Igor Vasilyevich opened the graduation ceremony. According to tradition, graduates who graduated from the university with honors were the first to receive them. Then Andrey Shatilov addressed the audience in the hall. He assured that young specialists will not be left alone at the beginning of their professional career with the difficulties that arise:
- We are waiting for you all in our medical organizations. There will be different situations, and in order to adapt you to real medicine as much as possible, you will have experienced mentors who will always support and help you. Of course, thanks to your teachers too. I am sure that those who taught you the basics of medicine will remain in your hearts for the rest of your life. Thank you so much for the knowledge they put into you!
Alexey Korneev, Dean of the Faculty of Pediatrics, noted that it was within the walls of the university that students found real friends, with whom they would remain in touch for the rest of their lives. They will not forget, of course, the teachers who shared their experiences with future specialists.
Igor Voropaev wished the graduates to remain hungry for knowledge and be proud of having graduated from one of the best medical universities in the country. He noted that there is quite a long way behind, but there is a whole life ahead, and in the future it is important to help each other in their professional activities.
- You have gone through a difficult path that has led you to the starting point of a new period in your life, the period of professional development, - said Natalia Trikomenas. - As soon as you arrive at the pediatric site, you will become parents to 800-1000 children, as well as guardians for the parents of your patients. It's a lot of work. The profession of a doctor requires effort and energy, but I can promise you one thing - you will never be bored. Welcome to the profession!
Igor Zorin, Advisor to the Rector for Medical Affairs, head of the graduate Department of Polyclinic Pediatrics, Chief Pediatrician of the Ministry of Health of the Orenburg Region, spoke particularly warm words of farewell on this day.
- Now we are of the same blood, colleagues! Congratulations on your first professional achievement! It's great that you are 100% accredited. We worried about you, put our strength and soul into you. Today, we teachers have two feelings.: We are glad that you are moving into practical healthcare, but on the other hand, we feel regret and sadness. Good day, dear, dear, beloved, unique and inimitable pediatric faculty!
In response, the graduates thanked their mentors for their knowledge, patience and support throughout the years of study. Yesterday's students also said warm words to their parents, who did not sleep with them at night, believed in them and today came to share the joy of this day.
