The ceremony of awarding diplomas to the 85th graduate of the Faculty of Medicine of OrGMU took place in the Orenburg Region CCM

The administration and faculty of the university, parents and guests of the festival gathered in the hall of the sports and cultural complex. Andrey Shatilov, Minister of Health of the Orenburg Region, and Vyacheslav Kovalenko, Deputy Minister of Education of the region, came to congratulate the young specialists.
Addressing the graduates, University Rector Igor Miroshnichenko noted that the medical faculty is the oldest in the university. He expressed the hope that everyone who starts their career in medicine today will become a true professional.
- I am always pleased to hear from colleagues that we train wonderful doctors. I am sure that the same thing will be said about this year's graduation," said Igor Vasilyevich. "Thanks and special congratulations on this day to the parents of graduates. They were the ones who were a strong support for their children throughout all the years of education. Of course, thanks to the teachers who put their knowledge and a piece of their soul into our students. Happy holidays!
Before starting the graduation ceremony, Adrey Shatilov also spoke words of farewell.
- Today, among the graduates, I saw the children of the employees with whom we worked together. They grew up before our eyes, and now they are doctors themselves. It is touching that our children are not afraid of the difficulties of the profession," said Andrey Petrovich. - Dear graduates, I wish you an active and fulfilling life, in which there will be a place to relax and communicate with colleagues and people close to you. We are waiting for you to join our family of doctors, now we will provide medical care to the population of the region together.
Vyacheslav Kovalenko noted that the profession of a doctor is more than a vocation. It's a way of life.
- Life on earth will depend on how you give yourself to people who need your help. I can say that graduates of OrGMU from previous years have become great specialists today and work not only in the Orenburg region, but also throughout our vast country, glorifying the university and their teachers. Indeed, the knowledge that students of Orenburg State Medical University receive is of very high quality. This is recognized by everyone.
In his speech, Sergey Perepelkin, the university's vice-rector for Continuing Medical Education and Regional Health Development, wished graduates not only to study for the rest of their lives, but also to approach their profession creatively: this will avoid professional burnout and do their work better.
Of course, Dean of the faculty Aynagul Isengulova addressed the graduates with words of support:
- It was very exciting for you when you passed the GIA and passed the accreditation. It's exciting today too. We hope that your efforts over the past six years have not been in vain, and that you will continue your medical work with high quality and great desire. Today you receive not only diplomas, but also responsibility for the most valuable thing that a person has - life and health. May your hands always be firm, your diagnosis accurate, and your heart open to the pain of others!
In turn, the graduates solemnly took the oath of a doctor of the Russian Federation, promising to proudly bear the title of graduate of Orenburg State Medical University, remember their Alma mater and keep gratitude to their teachers and mentors in their hearts.
